The Defrost Shooting Drill
Keep your skills sharp over the winter! The Defrost Shooting Drill makes a great warm up drill to get your circulation going, plus it can improve your accuracy and speed.
To shoot the drill, from the holster or low ready, draw and fire:
String 1:
Two shots on 1 through 4 in ascending order
String 2:
Two shots on 1 through 4 in descending order

Before performing any dry fire drills, make sure that your gun is unloaded (double check) and there is no ammunition in your magazines or anywhere in the room.
