Here's a fun and easy drill you can shoot on the range or during a dry fire session. The Fast Five shooting drill is designed to help you speed up your transitions while improving your accuracy.
To shoot the drill:
String 1: draw and fire 1 shot on 1-5 in Ascending order
String 2: draw and fire 1 shot on 1-5 in Descending order
String 3: draw and fire 1 shot on 1-2-4-5-3
Before performing any dry fire drills, make sure that your gun is unloaded (double check) and there is no ammunition in your magazines or anywhere in the room.
