Here's a drill that's designed to help you increase your speed while maintaining accuracy. You can shoot it at the range or during a dry fire session and we encourage you to shoot this drill as fast as you can while still getting hits on all the pins.
To shoot the drill:
String 1: draw and fire one shot on 1-4 freestyle
String 2: draw and fire one shot on 1-4 strong hand only
String 3: draw and fire one shot on 1-4 support hand only
Remember, if you're dry firing, make sure to follow all the safety protocols! Before performing any dry fire drills, make sure that your gun is unloaded (double check) and there is no ammunition in your magazines or anywhere in the room.
