All leather holsters, regardless of manufacturer or style, need to be broken in.
When you first receive it, your gun fit will be extremely tight. It must be made this way, to get perfect retention after the leather stretches.
You will receive these instructions with your holster, but here's how to break it in:
Place your unloaded gun in a heavy-duty plastic bag (like a ziplock), place the bag-covered gun into the holster and leave it there for several days.
It helps to draw the unloaded, bagged gun in and out of the holster, multiple times. It's easy to do it while watching TV or other activities - it does take several days of working with the leather holster and leaving the bagged gun in it to break it in.
Do not use oils or any other products on the holster in an effort to loosen it.

I bought this as my first real Conceal Carry holster. It's great! My gun fits perfectly into it after following the breaking in instructions. I hardly feel like I'm wearing a holster with how it fits to my shape. It conceals the gun very well, even my husband doesn't notice when I'm carrying! Would highly recommend!
Wife ordered a holster for her Ruger EC9S with a Lasermax Centerfire Laser/Light combo attached. Apparently the options on the order page included only the laser attachment without the light, but at the time we ordered we weren't clear on that. The first holster we got didn't have the right color thread (my wife wanted thread to match her frame and may have selected the wrong option) and was molded for the Lasermax laser only attachment. The gun would not fit entirely into the holster, leaving the trigger exposed. Still, the quality was superb and we wanted to reach out to see if we could return the holster for one that fit the gun and attachment. I sent photos to explain our issue and they promptly responded with photos of their own to verify the new holster would have the right color thread. We checked off on everything and they sent the new holster in just a couple of weeks without any additional charge and without asking for the original holster back. Again, the new holster was of outstanding quality and this time it fit perfectly--tight so that the leather could stretch over time and still hold on to the gun firmly. If I could give these guys six out of five stars, I would. I'd even order a holster for myself if I didn't prefer Kydex. ;)
I love this holster. Perfect fit, looks incredible, and high quality materials. Only downside was the wait time. But worth it for the perfect product. Love that I was able to choose thread color too.
Beautiful craftsmanship on this perfect fit IWB holster for my Bersa Thunder. I followed instructions on how to loosen it up a bit and it works perfectly, fits like part of my belt. Found the hooks to be a bit loose and rather large for my small frame but will look into replacing them with something smaller. Aside from that, very pleased with quality and fit.
Stiff leather that securely holds my handgun. I’m fairly small and I feel like it’s much easier to conceal than previous holsters I’ve owned. Thanks!
The holster fits my Sig Sauer P 938 and makes it very comfortable to carry my EDC anywhere I go. I had ordered a thumb break to be added and it is perfect.
